PLEASE NOTE REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES FOR NORTH AMERICA SPORTS EVENTS BEFORE BOOKING TRAVEL AND LODGING AT THE VARIOUS EVENTS. REGISTRATION FOR NORTH AMERICA SPORTS FULL-DISTANCE EVENTS TAKES PLACE ON THURSDAY AND FRIDAY OF RACE WEEK FROM 10 A.M.-4 P.M. (EXCLUDING FORD IRONMAN FLORIDA, AT WHICH REGISTRATION TAKES PLACE ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY OF RACE WEEK FROM 10-4 P.M. DUE TO FLORIDA BEING A SATURDAY RACE).
PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY WHEN MAKING TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION THE DAY BEFORE AN IRONMAN NORTH AMERICA FULL-DISTANCE EVENT, THAT DAY IS RESERVED FOR BIKE/GEAR CHECK-IN, RACE PREPARATION AND SET-UP.

Ford Ironman Wisconsin 2008 Housing Information
Need to make a hotel reservation for Ford Ironman Wisconsin 2008?
To receive special Ironman rates, you must book through the Ford Ironman Wisconsin online housing system. Reservations will not be accepted directly through the hotels.
To make a reservation, please follow one of the steps below:

Once your reservation has been submitted, it will is confirmed in the MeetingMax Housing System. However, it will take a few days for the hotels to process all the reservations. Please be patient as the hotels will not have your information in their system right away. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the reservation is entered into the hotel system.
[+] Fax/Mail your request to the Ford Ironman Wisconsin housing bureau using the following forms:
** Please note: Online housing reservations have first priority.
Faxed forms will not be processed for 24-48 hours.
Need to cancel or change your reservation?
- Please do not contact the hotel directly.
- For changes and cancellations on an existing reservation, please click on the link sent to you in your Meeting Max confirmation email.
